About Us

Hofbrewzhaus is the premier German restaurant located in the Wisconsin Dells, and serving the surrounding areas. Established in 2024, we pride ourselves in the largest selection of premium German Beer in the Midwest! The food menu includes schnitzel, brats, burgers, pretzels, and desserts. Enjoy a cold one or two in the sun or shade in our ¼ acre authentic Edelweiss German beer garden. The garden includes live music, yard games, as well as German, Jamaican and Turkish food trucks. We serve a large selection of beverages, including Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and freshly made lemonade. With a sand box for children, and dog friendly outdoor area, we are a true destination you can't miss during your stay in the Dells. Prost!

They didn't have their German menu up yet but honestly... The Turkish food was DELICIOUS. I'm not generally a huge Mediterranean food fan but everything was delicious. The pita was the best (freshest!) I've ever had and the rice that came with the chicken kebab was insane. And the chicken was great too!! We had a great time chatting with the bartender and cook. They were delightful.

Really cute place with some delicious Turkish food and a great selection of German and Turkish beers. Lovely staff. Chef Mahsun introduced himself to us and asked if we had any special requests. Chicken Kebab and Köfte were excellent. We really enjoyed the dining area with the Capadocia frescoes. Strongly recommended!
